Upon purchase, you receive a license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use. We may update content to improve clarity or accuracy.

3. Refunds

On-demand courses are refundable within 14 days if less than 20% is completed. Cohorts are refundable up to 7 days before the start date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, including interfering with security, copying content, or engaging in harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

All course videos, guides, and materials are owned by Moonstream Atelier or our instructors. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages permitted by law.
